I am beyond thrilled to begin my third school year teaching Kindergarten with Rocklin Academy!
I graduated from Sacramento State with my bachelor’s degree in Child Development and then continued on to receive my teaching credential from Brandman University.
In my free time I enjoy spending my time doing social activities, being active, or just getting lost in a good book all day. You can find me biking, paddle boarding, camping, attending concerts, or just hanging out outside with my puppy, Charlie. I also enjoy attending sporting events, especially baseball games, go Giants!
It is also important to mention that I love to travel. I’ve been to ten different countries, and even had the opportunity to live in Germany! What I really love is being able to learn and experience different cultures, especially when I am lucky enough to come back and share my adventures with my students.
I enjoy creating a fun, active, and exciting environment for learning. I bring those qualities into my classroom in order to build a solid foundation and passion for learning in children.
